im a junior at the moment, and it is treating me fairly well, although in my eyes i have a lot of catching up to do with my fellow artists of the same year. so i plan on working my ass off this winter break to catch up

yeah ive heard that one from my professors, but some have also told me to pick up on things you like from other artists and incorporate it into your own work to create an individual style
